At 1–2 months, babies are becoming more alert, spending longer periods awake and beginning to show more of their expressions and personality.

The photoshoot focuses on your baby as they are at this stage, together with photographs with parents, siblings and the family.

Not Sure How Many Images You’ll Want?

Start with the photoshoot only and decide what you’d like to purchase after viewing your gallery online.

The $350 Session Fee includes the 1–2 Month Baby & Family photoshoot for up to 2 hours and 4 people, but does not include digital images or products.

Is 1–2 Months Too Late for Newborn Photos?

Not at all! The photographs simply change as your baby grows.

During the early newborn stage, babies tend to sleep for longer periods and can often be photographed in curled, sleepy newborn poses.

By 1–2 months, babies are generally more alert and may spend more of the session awake. Instead of trying to recreate every newborn pose, we photograph what your baby is comfortable doing at this stage.

This can include wrapped portraits where possible, awake expressions, photographs in your arms and portraits together as a family.

At this stage, babies are beginning to spend more time looking around and responding to the people closest to them.

Your session isn’t limited to baby only, it can include a mix of:

What Happens During The Shoot?

Before your session, we’ll send you preparation information and ask about who will be joining.

During the photoshoot, Mr Potato will work through your photoshoot while adapting the session to how baby is doing on the day.

After the photoshoot, your images are prepared for online selection, so you can choose your favourites from home.

How much does a 1-2 month baby and family photoshoot cost?

1–2 Month Baby & Family photoshoot packages with digital images included start from $530 for 5 images, while the Essential package is $849 for 20 images.

If you’re unsure how many images you’ll want, you can start with the $350 Session Fee, which covers the photoshoot only and does not include digital images or products.

What if my baby sleeps during the session?

That’s perfectly fine. We’ll photograph them while they’re asleep. There’s no need to wake them for the photoshoot.

Which Package Should I Choose

If you already know you want a larger collection of photos from the shoot, the Essential or Popular package usually offers better value.

If you are unsure how many images you’ll want, choose the Mini package with 5 images included, or start with the $350 Session Fee with no images included and decide on what you’d like to purchase after viewing your gallery online.

What if my baby is already more than 2 months?
