so much fun with my lil’ bro | Newborn Home Photography

( was so fun photographing sibling shots for these two, mummy prepared several dresses for big sis here so we can pick and choose what was suitable – and we ended up in 4 different dresses just for the sibling shots! (This doesn’t include the last change of clothing she had for the family photos towards the end of the photoshoot)

Usually we would stick to one outfit for sibling and family shots, but each time I wanted to change a set-up to take individual newborn photos, we got big sis here to change too, so it was back-to-back newborn shots, sibling shots, newborn shots, sibling shots – yeaa… you get the idea.

The whole session went so smoothly and it took up the same amount of time newborn photoshoots  would (2-3 hours), and while baby bro was feeding we even got to captured some individual shots of big sis. (nice)

( thank you Denis and April for their kind words sent to us via email :D

Baby Aveline | Newborn Home Photography

For newborn photography, one of our challenge as a photographer is coaxing the baby to sleep. We photograph sleepy babies so we could get them into all these adorable newborn poses and baby Aveline was really soundly asleep for her photoshoot!

Mummy was concerned about the construction that was going on near their house but maybe somehow these noises worked as white-noise, so it didn’t affect baby Aveline’s sleep nor the photoshoot.

Love how Aveline’s mummy also prepared some soft toys and the little princess crown so we could use them as props for the photoshoot, especially the little crown which has sentimental value for her mummy.

My little pony | Newborn Home Photography

We had a colourful maternity outdoor photoshoot and when it was time for the newborn photo session at home, I had no doubt, I got to bring my colourful props along to their home!

I was really excited to use all my vibrant and rich-coloured props, and tried some new fabrics that I had too.

Also, not forgetting to include mummy’s my little pony toys that we used for the maternity photo session, adding a similar shade of blue and purple to baby’s photo with the toys.

And it’s always nice to know that mummy and daddy love the images we created.

Dear Yong En
I am doing good!
It is great seeing the photos! They are lovely! Our friends love them too.

Thanks so much for the wonderful photos for both maternity and newborn! You made great memories for my maternity and our newborn!
With love,
